ite Models has announced that it is shutting down its men's division. The head of the agency's guys department, Dana Wolters, has joined Wilhelmina Models and is expected to take all the cute faces with her.

The modeling giant's founder, John Casablancas, who discovered and introduced to the world such fashion icons as Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista and Naomi Campbell, says he plans to focus on finding the next crop of supermodels. Though remaining the leading modeling agency on the market for 30 years, Elite will have to try its hardest to protect its rising stars from the likes of IMG, DNA and Women.

Elite Model Management was created and managed by the American Casablancas in 1971 in Paris, and has since developed representatives and branches in 47 countries, having become the biggest modeling agency in the world.
